To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to return your purchase please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide you with a full refund or store credit, less the original delivery cost. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift Vouchers and E-Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Return an Order
To commence a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name and address.
Please note that all returns must be shipped at your own expense and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are eligible for a refund, the original cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in the original condition and in their original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days to post into your account. Cultivated Manor reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is not received in a resalable condition or if the original product packaging is not in a resalable condition.
We at Cultivated Manor have carefully chosen our shipping partners to deliver your new home goods in the safest way possible. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond 48 hours we are unable to replace any damaged products.
If a product is believed to be faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, you may be eligible for an exchange. However, in order to receive a replacement, we require that you send an image to us showing the product in its original packaging. Please keep all original packaging until you have corresponded with us and we have initiated the return or refund.
Exchanges (if Applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com to initiate the process.
Depending on your location, shipping time for your exchanged product(s) to arrive will vary.
Please Note: Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
