Due to high shipping demands across the world, delivery times have been running longer than usual because of supply chain delays and their impact on shipments worldwide.

As a result of these delays, it has become difficult to accurately estimate shipping times. We do our best to dispatch your order within 1-3 days and have it delivered to you within our estimated delivery dates (see below). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary by location. These are our estimates:

United States of America - 15-25 Business days
Canada, Europe - 20-30 Business days
Australia, New Zealand - 15-30 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America - 15-30 Business days

• North America - A standard rate of $3.95 will apply to orders under $75
• Outside North America - Orders over $125 include free shipping
• Outside North America - A standard rate of $5.95 will apply to orders under $125

HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we absolutely do. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations where we are unable to ship. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

Because customs regulations vary from country to county, we are not responsible for any customs fees associated with the shipment of your order. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country and you consent to pay for the customs fees for the package or packages shipped to you.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes. You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you have not received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages.
